This is the most dishonest and unethical place I have tried to do business with before. Yes, they did fix a couple of things on my car...But I have more repairs that need to be done After doing business with Andy’s and God forbid anyone take responsibility for their mistakes!! A one week repair took 17 days.....Ridiculous and not even repaired properly!!

Got hit August 2015 by a "person" running from the Alton Police and of course, he /his girlfriend had no insurance. Went to Andy's, honest fair estimate and they even repaired a dent in the front left that wasn't part of the collission because in their words "It wouldn't look right". Did not charge me extra for that. Now, getting ready to take my wifes car there for a small fender bender she was invooved in and I already know I'll get great honest service.
This year I've hit another deer and I am bringing the car back to Andy's! Great place, great people, great quality!
