This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. I agreed to let them replace the transmission in my truck which on Tuesday March 8th and I did not get my truck back until Thursday March 17th. I was told that the work would be done in 2 days, which turned into 9 days later. I was told that they had gotten the wrong part from California and that the correct part would be overnighted to the shop, which every time I called was given a different story. The staff was rude, unprofessional and probably crooks. I do plan on making a formal complaint with the BBB. Do not take your vehicle to these people unless you want to get poor service and lots of excuses. They suck.
The workers are really nice and friendly people. The owner of the place is a amazing guy. People just need to respect them for their work that they do. They are all a bunch of amazing guys.
this is THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH....THEIR RUDE, VERY UNPROFFESSINAL, THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKS I'VE EVER CAME ACROSS!! THEY BUSTED MY FRONT AXLE'S THEN TRIED TO BLAIM ME FOR DOING IT AND IT DROVE FINE BEFORE TAKING IT THERE FOR A TRANSMISSION FLUSHING NOW IT PULLS TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT!!! This is the worse place ever!!!! Please do not go or refer anyone here, they are total rip offs. My daughter was referred here for a tow, she paid for it and 4 hours later the car still was not towed. When we called to cancel the tow they claim they were just sending someone out ,then they changed it to someone is already at the car so there's no Refund. Ok if someone was at the car we would have just had it towed but now you're saying something totally different cause you don't want to give the money back. Then they were soooo RUDE screaming and yelling . Most people don't pay til after they get there tow so once they got the money they didn't care. Then they left before closing time and made us wait to get the car key back, they actually left the key in the mailbox and called us to get the key. Refusing to discuss any Refund sincethe service was Never Done......Do Not Use!!!! Consumers Beware!!!
