I am very grateful to have found a doctor like him.
Dr. Omatola did surgery on my shoulder, (rotator cuff, fractured shoulder, & torn bicep, from a hard fall) I live 6 hrs away (round trip) in July 2017, couldn't make 2 week follow up appt. I had no driver, I called to cancel & reschedule, left a msg, no one answered the office phone, no return call from his office, I have called 10-12 times since for an appt, still no answer, left msg after msg, no return call as of yet, & my shoulder is worse now than before surgery! I guess since I'm a 6 hr. trip away & on Medicaid, I don't matter to him as a patient. I did my own physical therapy after googling it on what I should do for the type of surgery I had. I have very limited motion or movement with my arm. I've never been back, because no one will call me back, & I can't afford to just take off & make a 6hr trip with gas @ $2.50 a gallon, it takes a full tank of gas to drive there & back ($50) at least. My regular physician has tried to call for me also, still with no answer or call back. I've not been released from his care, so if my shoulder keeps getting worse, no doctor where I live will touch me, because I've never been released from his care. I've applied for disability, for the 2nd time now, but I can't talk to anyone from his office for them to file a report, because they won't answer their phone! So I WILL NOT GIVE HIM ANY PRAISE FOR A JOB WELL DONE, BECAUSE IM WORSE NOW THAN BEFORE HE GOT AHOLD OF ME!! I'm calling 1 more time, & if I don't get to talk to someone, or his office doesn't return my call, I have no other option than to talk to my attorney, & sue him for damages. I'm almost 60yrs old & now I can't even work if I had a job! Im a single mom, & have worked my whole life, but I can't even lift a full cup of coffee without my whole arm going numb! Enough is enough, I'm tired of nothing or no one doing anything. I have no other options! I'm sick & tired of being sick & tired!
I would highly recommend Dr. Omotola. He did my shoulder surgery. I have full range of motion and none of the pain that caused me to see him. I am gaining strength every day. He is very personable and answered all of my questions.
Dr. Omotola is one of the BEST specialized doctors I have experienced. I was referred to him by patients that sang his praises with knee replacement. I've experienced extensive knee issues, leg fractures over the years. As a local area Sports Orthopedist Surgeon, is awesome. He's extremely personable, and yet when it comes to sharing his expertise/opinion/diagnosis/treatment plan he will be very direct, tell you openly, directly and candidly. Honestly, with integrity.
After a fall, I took my 81-year-old dad to see Dr. Omotola. He's an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. He explained the risks of setting the broken bone and surgery, and was down to earth and informative. His assistant, Talia was amazing! I highly recommend both Dr. Omotola and Talia!
