Terribly long wait. Waited over an hour in the waiting room. For a 9 a.m. appointment. Extremely irritating and disappointing visit. I would never recommend this office to any of my loved ones or friends. Had to reschedule after a 2 hour wait. Couldn't get another appointment for another month. Costumer service reps where extremely rude when I asked about waiting time and rescheduling. Everyone working in the office seemed to be chatting among co-workers rather than productively trying to help people or help speed the waiting process along. I waited an hour and a half before someone before someone could answer my questions and tell me it would be another 45 minute wait. If you have urgent medical issues like I did this is NOT the place to go for a resolution. Extremely unprofessional conduct on all ends.
