The past 3 times that I have tried to go there they have either closed early or decided not to open at all. It makes being a customer incredibly frustrating since every trip becomes a gamble.
Downgraded: 7 total trips made during business hours. Each time they were closed. I'm giving up. There are two other shops that sell baked goods right by them. I'll start going to those instead.
However they lose a few stars and a lot of business because they are incredibly inconsistent with their hours of operation. You simply can never know when they will be there!
I would give this place a 5 because their baked goods are so delicious!
There are lots of people that want to buy their products but they are alienating customers to the point that they are losing valuable repeat business.
