Everything about this place is horrible and unprofessional. Stay away...the low cost is no trade off for worst care ever. I wish could give negative stars. They will actually make your teeth worse, not to mention cause you pain in the process.
Today I sat in the waiting room from 8:30-9:30am after waiting an hour the student comes out to tell me I need to come back at 2pm cause the orthodontist called in. 13 visits for ONE ROOT CANAL.. YES 13 VISITS.. The students are unprofessional. I seriously DREAD going here.

The clinic is sparkling clean, instructors closely supervise every procedure, support staff such as finance and records are friendly and professional. The rates they charge are very affordable. I could never have gotten dental implants at a regular dental practice.
I love my student dentist! I have almost nothing but good to say about my experiences at the school. You have to bear in mind that these young people are students and have not had time to develop a bedside manner. They are still learning how to be great dentists. Some of them are a little rough around the edges but they are learning.
I have had bad things happen to me here like they stitched my check to my gum after pulling two teeth!! A dentist with little man issues jammed a shot in my mouth and I couldn't ear for almost 3 weeks! That said I now have a student that is the best! She does anything I ask makes my appointments with the good (hott) dentist! I've had her for a year or so now! So speak up when you don't like something I did/do and ended up okay!!
While it is a pain in the ass to drive there from Centralia, I have had zero issues getting my wife the treatment she needs. I do not agree they should charge for certain treatments since this is a school teaching these kids how to do different procedures, nor charge the rate they do for these treatments. The staff and students have been very professional and have worked with us when we have needed to cancel.
