Beautiful Place that is also in a historical city with many other places to see in the area. Pier Marquette State Pack is reasonably close too.
Nice park for events. Plenty of room and a nice historic city. Could use a bit more parking for big events.
Great view, lots of space, nice little playground good for all ages. Love the seating options. Great for picnics. Love watching the boats & barges pass by. Beautiful area.
The location is excellent for fishing, walking your dogs and picnics. It has restrooms, picnic tables and a shelter. This site also has a Lincoln Memorial on it and a tower to climb for a better view of the Alton Casino and river front.
Nice walking area with playground. Watching the river tugs go by.
