Love the steak breakfast options. And try the breakfast salsa it's delicious.
I'm actually surprised their rating is as high as it is. Hope something can change because I'm going to start going to Steak n Shake next door where people in the drive-thru are managed better. Surely you shouldn't be getting Steak n Shake faster than Taco Bell.

The two stars are really directed to the evening (9pm-11pm'ish) time. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They always have two to five vehicles waiting to place an order with no one from the speaker to the window (maybe one vehicle at the window waiting for their order). This is telling me it's either poorly managed or poorly staffed on the evening crew. On the flip side staff is always nice and the food is both well prepared (well put together) and hot. I'm thinking this may be a management issue because handling more than one or two orders at a time seems to be the issue at hand.
The crunch wrap was perfect! Everything seemed to be distributed just right!!
