kept blaming it on the people in the back that do the cleaning. While she was not directly responsible, she was representing the cleaners.
In summary, the shirts were not completed on time. They stained my shirt. They put me in a situation where I had to drive to a different shop 30 miles away that could clean my shirts in one day for my trip. To say the least, the quality of service is bad and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I have taken my business shirts for cleaning at this location six times. Twice, the collar on my white shirt was not cleaned and had to be redone. The last and final time I took my shirts there, I went to pick them up after the time they said they'd be ready. The employee could not find them. She then went on to say that the people in the back said they didn't finish one order before they left for the weekend. I was disappointed but asked when I could pick them up the next day. She said that I can't (it was a Friday) and I would have to wait until Monday. I was leaving for a week trip on Sunday and needed my shirts for interviews. I was very disappointed and asked for my shirts back. The employee said she didn't know where they were and I said I can wait. She went to the back and found them. Two of the shirts were balled up and the other was "complete" on the hanger. The one that was "complete" had a stain on the front that was not there when I dropped it off. The employee took no ownership of the issue and
I had a leather coat that was left purchased for me by my deceased parents more than 20 years ago which I put into the cleaners to be cleaned, conditioned, and have the zipper repaired between March and June of 2017. I have called for my coat October of 2017 and the manager has no clue about the coat, but they still have clothes I put into the cleaners from as far back as February. And throughout the year I have took clothes to the cleaners and gotten them out on several occasions which shows disorder and disorganization to say the least.
Excellent cleaning services. The staff isn't really friendly. Prices are average to high. Still the point of a dry cleaners is clean well cared for clothes, which they do very well. Turn around time could be better.
