Love this place! Very clean and well organized. Excellent customer service!
Poor shopper overwhelmed. They handle simple ok, but any specialty order is 2 much. Shopper may make poor substitution w/no attempt at satisfaction.Really indifferent shopper could b costly 2 patron.
Terrible customer service. When I got to the deli, 1 customer was being waited on. 10 minutes later, she is still being waited on. No problem, but then the 2 other employees that are working back there bring samples up to the customer and are talking to her. Never acknowledge my presence. I will never go back. All the stores on both sides of the river , why would I go to one with horrible customer service?

I've been doing business for over 40 years all know me the even has been there that long I've been from Wood River East Alton and now I can walk to Shop and Save I am highly rated and respectful and I was much appreciated that your staff is awesome all I can say
