Staff wasn't very friendly. But we're very fast on getting you in and out.

The service at this location was great. The car I had reserved was not available so they up graded us to a better more comfortable vehicle, great for our long drive.

Every experience I have had with Enterprise has been mediocre at best. The staff always seems stuffy and only concerned with the dollar, and the cars are never clean (soda cups, used tissue, hair clips). All the other car rentals I've used, the employees are relaxed, and actually seem to care and enjoy their job. Using Enterprise is a last resort for me.
