Hello my name is Kevin Steiniger, former employee and current customer. I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my working career. My working experience at Roberts was great! Sam Roberts Sr. and John Roberts are great people to work for. Roberts Motors prides themselves in customer experience and satisfaction. I have seen John Roberts handle situations in a professional manner to make sure the customer is happy. I want to also let my fellow sales team know that it was great working with you guys. Marcus Watson, Chris Laux, Tomas Lara, and Jeff Allen, these guys are the up and coming salesmen that are going to make Roberts Motors excel, ask for one of them and they will be more than happy to help you out. I am not going to leave out the veteran sales members. I have learned a ton about car sales and how to make customers happy from these guys, Jim Holman, Alan Van booven, Mike McAfee (Gift of Gab), Jim Hogg, and Curtis Winder. This is one team that I will dearly miss and wish the best for each and everyone of you. Kelsey Murphy and Brent Cleveland were my managers and pushed me to be the best salesman I could be. There is one more person that I have to give a special thanks to and that is Sally in human resources. Sally you have the toughest job at Roberts Motors making sure all the numbers meet and have to bring in new hires, payroll and so on. Sally you have a job that happens to go unnoticed sometimes and I wanted to let you know that Sam Roberts Sr. and John Roberts have said many great things about you. I have one question for any customer that is looking to buy a car. Would you rather buy a car from a dealership just looking to make a dollar or would you enjoy a great customer experience and people with great hearts. Roberts motors has heart and will always concur the ultimately dollar. Give Roberts a chance you will not be disappointed. The are so many more things I can add but this is getting very long. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I got nothing but excellent customer service from the moment I stepped on the lot to the time I drove off in my new truck. Marcus was who I worked with primarily, and he was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and understanding. He took the time to be sure I knew how to find everything in my new truck, and even helped me clean out the Jeep I traded in! Everyone else I encountered, the financial guy, the manager, the parts department, everyone went above and beyond to be sure I was more than satisfied. I highly recommend Roberts Ford.
